Psalm 37: Part 7 - Seek the Kingdom

Psalms-37--Part-7 I have just completed the most amazing four days of my life. The Meeting Place (www.tmpmin.org, @tmpmin-Twitter,2Moderators-Periscope, and The Meeting Place on Facebook) just completed a four day, 24 hour online/virtual revival!

Can you imagine teaching and preaching for four days non-stop!!!!  I canNOT!

But when the vision was shared with me after one of the ministry leaders received three confirmations that God sent, I was so flabbergasted that I said nothing at first. I simply muttered a quiet "WOW".

I mean, I have children who have homework and after school things to do. A business to run. A husband to maintain. There were some days I missed many teachings. I didn't have to stay up but some mornings when the house was asleep, I would listen between 12am and 6am. And I must say, these sporadic wakings to listen and participate were tiring.

So imagine how this team felt!  At times they ministered together. Other times alone as one rested or freshened up. But they were virtually never down.

The technologies they used were always under attack (we do know who the prince of the air is, right) and at times their feeds would be flooded with people wishing to interrupt, but they never prevailed!!!

For yet a little while, and the evildoers will be no more; though you look with care where they used to be, they will not be found. But the meek [in the end] shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
Psalm 37:10-11 AMPC

Just as quickly as the 'evildoers' came on, one by one, through fervent prayer, they were rebuked and quietly left without a word in most cases.

You see, this ministry vowed to never block a listener. They ask only that they remain respectful. They never argued with them. They, with meekness, answered questions attacking their beliefs and, sometimes, their race.

As I watched the numbers of viewers all of a sudden climb to almost 450 viewers, I searched for them, and I could not find them!  The evildoers, I mean.

When the two ministering disciples of Christ would notice the influx, they would pray. As I watched in the amazement, I searched for the 'evildoers' and I could not find them!  I looked with care, never alerting them as I quietly prayed with them, and I never found them.

The two speakers never wavered. They remained humble. They remained meek. They remained submissive to the Word. That's another word for meek: submissive.

But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right--the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
MATTHEW 6:33-34 AMP

Matthew 6:33 had been chasing me for almost a month. So much so, that I reached out to these two for more information and you will not believe what they told me: inquire God about EVERYTHING!!!!

Even as I type this, I smile because if you know me, you can imagine the 'ask God about...too!!??' type questions I asked them. I mean I asked even the most intimate things!  They laughed and answered however Holy Spirit led them.

Can you imagine waiting on God for EVERYTHING???

But the meek [in the end] shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.  Psalm 37:11 AMPC

So how do you obtain this peace promised here? By submitting to the instructions God has given. By seeking Him and His Kingdom first! For where the Kingdom of God is, there is healing and prosperity!

“So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
MATTHEW 6:34 AMP

And forgetting about tomorrow is guaranteed peace I wouldn't want to miss for the world!!!

Peace!
